Dr. Christopher Taber, associate professor and program director of the Exercise and Sport Science program offered by Sacred Heart University will be delivering an in-depth webinar on Utilizing Accentuated Eccentric Loading for Performance. This will include a Q&A at the end.

Dr. Christopher Taber is an associate professor and program director of the Exercise and Sport Science program offered by Sacred Heart University. He is a national-level weightlifting coach with East Coast Gold Weightlifting and has worked with athletes from school age to Olympic level. His research is focused on strength and power development, periodization, hypertrophy, weightlifting, and, most recently, the applications of accentuated eccentric loading.
