Welcome to the IUSCA IQF Level 4 Certified Strength and Conditioning Practitioner course – a premier qualification designed for advanced practitioners who aspire to work independently, delivering specialized S&C services to teams, athletes, and clients worldwide.
This course equips you to meet the growing demand for high-level, specialized training, with the added advantage of qualifying for professional insurance, allowing you to operate as an independent practitioner. With international recognition, this certification provides you with the flexibility to work both in-person and online, connecting you with clients and teams anywhere in the world.
This fully online course combines comprehensive learning modules, tutorials, and on-demand resources to fit your schedule, delivering the scientific foundation needed for effective program design and performance coaching. Covering advanced concepts in physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, and coaching techniques, this course empowers you to design and deliver evidence-based training interventions tailored to your clients' specific needs.
The curriculum is structured around approximately 48 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) and a total of 128 Total Learning Hours (TLH), including independent study and assessment. Throughout the course, you’ll have access to a wealth of resources that support your growth and development as a high-level S&C practitioner.
Assessment is based on the completion of a comprehensive Portfolio of Evidence, including a documented 12-week training intervention and a recorded coaching session. This rigorous evaluation process ensures that you are fully prepared to work independently, equipped with practical skills and a solid foundation in strength and conditioning.
Upon satisfactory completion, you will earn the title of IQF Level 4 Certified Strength and Conditioning Practitioner, a credential that not only certifies your advanced expertise but also opens doors to global opportunities in both in-person and online coaching.
