Welcome to the IUSCA IQF Level 4 Certified Strength and Conditioning Practitioner course.

 

This is an advanced level qualification designed for practitioners who aspire to work as a qualified strength and conditioning (S&C) coach. This is ideal for those delivering specialized S&C services to teams, athletes, and clients worldwide, or for those wishing to work as an independent S&C coach in a high-performance department.

 

​Developed by world leading experts in the field, this fully online course combines comprehensive learning modules, tutorials, and on-demand resources to fit your schedule, delivering the scientific foundation needed for effective program design and performance coaching. Covering advanced concepts in physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, and coaching techniques, this course empowers you to design and deliver evidence-based training interventions tailored to your clients' specific needs. There is also exclusive video tutorials covering advanced topics in the field, delivered by leading names such as JB Morin, Tim Suchomel, Ron McKeefery, and more. 

The curriculum is structured around approximately 48 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) and a total of 128 Total Learning Hours (TLH), including independent study and assessment. Throughout the course, you’ll have access to a wealth of resources that support your growth and development as an S&C practitioner, equipping you to meet the growing demand for high-level, specialized S&C training, as well as being eligible for practitioner insurance in over 120 countries worldwide.  ​

Assessment is 100% online and is based on a multiple-choice exam, a case study including a documented training intervention, and a practical demonstration.

 

Upon completion, you will earn an IQF Level 4 Certificate in Strength and Conditioning and be awarded the trademarked title of IUSCA IQF Level 4 Certified Strength and Conditioning Practitioner. This also enables the exclusive use of the Level 4 Certified Practitioner logo.
