Kevin Watson, Teaching Fellow in Applied Sport Science (Strength and Conditioning) will be delivering an in-depth webinar on A novel 4-stage model for teaching the split jerk in S&C. This will include a Q&A at the end.


Kevin Watson recently transitioned from a 20-year tenure as the Head of Strength and Conditioning at the Glasgow School of Sport, a specialized institution dedicated to developing elite youth athletes with the potential to compete at the Commonwealth and Olympic levels. During his time there, he played a key role in the development of over 45 Commonwealth and three Olympic athletes.


He has now taken on a new role as a Teaching Fellow in Applied Sport Science (Strength and Conditioning) at The University of Edinburgh, where he contributes to both the undergraduate BSc (Hons) in Applied Sport Science and the MSc in Strength and Conditioning programs.
