About the Event

Teofe Ziemnicki, Head of Sports Science at TeamBuildr, will be delivering a webinar on "Assessing Athlete Readiness as a means to Determine Lifting Protocol". This will include a Q&A session at the end.

Teofe Ziemnicki worked at Yale University for 5 years working as a Strength and Conditioning coach and serving as the Director of Sports Science and Analytics. With his dashboards, reporting, and optimization of data, he has helped the department achieve national success in the Men’s Lacrosse program utilizing his in season fatigue modeling dashboard. This allows the team to make informed decisions on lift and practice plans. He also established a means to assess readiness utilizing vertical jump and RPE that translated to which lifting protocol an athlete was ready for. Through programming and analytics, he helped the women’s hockey team to their first 10 national ranking in program history and first appearance in the NCAA tournament as the 5th seed in the nation. He also helped the men’s soccer program to the top 25 in their 2019 season, winning an outright conference championship for the first time in 30 years. He worked with all sports programs to streamline their data processing and helps coaches make informed decisions on the information they collect. Teofe is currently the Head of Sport Science at TeamBuildr and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA.
