The Health & Safety in Sport (IQF.2.HSS) course is an essential training tool for all coaches, practitioners and administrators, working within the sporting environment. The Health & Safety in Sport course covers all of the key topics to be able to manage and deliver sporting activity safely and successfully. This includes understanding how to identify and assess risks, and how to follow plans and procedures that relate to health and safety (H&S) protocols. This is an IQF accredited course, meaning that it meets minimum international standards appropriate to the profession or industry. The anticipated duration of this course is 4 guided learning hours (4 GLH). Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course. This should be re-certified every 2 years.
